We also need to know if the shutters are inside or outside mount.

To save you money, we offer our
shutters as Do-it-Yourself projects for finishing and installing
shutters. They are available as: un finished, primed & painted.

SHIPPING

We use UPS
or Purolator to ship items that are within the
weight and
dimensions accepted by these carriers. Larger orders are shipped by
common carrier and are put on skids.
Although, we
package the goods to the best of our ability, in shipping damages
unfortunately do occur. Since all of our shipments are F.O.B.
our
factory, the responsibility for the goods passes to the
consignee, meaning you.
In order to
protect you, we offer insurance on the shipment at
a charge of
about 2% of the cost. You can subscribe to this
service if you
chose to do so.
Upon receipt
of the shipment please do the following:
-
Check the
packages very carefully and note any damage that is visible at that
time.

If there is
damage, open the package and inspect the product inside. Note any
damage on the receipt that you sign, failing to do so means that you
have accepted the delivery and the goods.
-
It is a good
idea to take digital photos of any damage, in order to claim
compensation from the carrier or the insurance company.
Also, we can
not assume responsibility for delays of shipping once we have put the
order on the truck..
For both of
our protection we take photos of each shipment prior to shipping as
proof of proper packaging.
